Some Good Down Home Southern Cookin'

Last week my wonderful boyfriend brought me some blackberries that he picked after bailing hay. The next night I began washing the fescue seeds off of them which takes longer than it should especially at midnight. My homemade blackberry ice cream turned out to be delicious the vanilla and pound of sugar made it the best if I may say so myself. Today while drinking my Diet Peach Arizona Iced Tea and listening to the top 20 country songs of summer on GAC, I made some cornbread in the miniature corn molds from Silver Dollar City. Nothing says "Southern" like some sweet tea and cornbread with homemade ice cream.
